Alsafwa Almotakadema is a company whose main business in field of Buildings General Contracting; it was established based on efforts of our civil engineers whose experiences exceed 34 years in completion of various works in State of Kuwait in residential, commercial, industrial and governmental projects.
Alsafwa Almotakadema is seeking to occupy an outstanding role in field of contracting through standards of accuracy in supervision and complying with executed agreements offering the most modern constructional means that meet prospects of the customers and achieve their goals and needs.
Magdy Al Kadi: holder of Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering dated 1980; being in Kuwait since 1982, he has held many roles in designing, constructional and supervision works; he performed many works of construction and maintenance works including residential and investment towers of more than 20 floors, malls and villas with classic and modern tastes and with high costs and massive challenges in design and finishing.
Mohamed Zaian: holder of Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering from Alexandria University dated 1979; he had many various works in Kuwait, holding many roles such as owner’s representative to Sheikh Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Office, Senior Engineer of Rawaby Company and Projects Manager in Abdulhameed Al Essa Company, and he has been working in field of private contracting projects since 2007.
